Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from Northwind Studio.

Eligibility

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the service has not yet been delivered or started. Services already delivered are not normally refundable unless they were faulty or not as described.

How to request a refund

Email hello@northwind.example with your name, the date of purchase and the reason for your request. We aim to reply within 5 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer law.
